Kitikiti offers a flat rate of shipping of $10 for standard use of Australia Post services.

Please allow up to 5 days for packaging and dispatch - this may be extended during busy periods. 

If you have not received your package within this time frame, please email us at kitikiti@outlook.com.au with your name and order number. 

Please give a current address and leave delivery instructions to ensure your package is delivered to you in the safest way possible. For example: Safe to leave at back door, no pets or do not leave package unattended.
